This 5-layer carbonized bamboo bench measuring 3000 x 700 x 40 mm is constructed with 5 layers of vertically printed bamboo strips.\u00a0With side printed bamboo boards, the visible strips are narrow, giving the worktop an elegant appearance.<\/span><\/p>\n

Working on solid bamboo boards<\/span><\/p>\n

  • Bamboo plywood always has a visible and a back.\u00a0The back of a bamboo bench generally has more color variation than the visible side.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • All our bamboo boards are untreated, but can easily be painted with wood oil or varnish for the desired look.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • The inner layers of bamboo plywood consist of laminated bamboo strips which can show small spaces between the strips (on the sides, not the face or the back).\u00a0This is done to optimize the stability of the panels.\u00a0These small holes can be filled when the panel is complete.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Bamboo kitchen counters can be sawn and drilled with conventional woodworking tools.\u00a0Just make sure the tools are well sharpened.<\/span><\/li>\n
