Willow Roll 300 x 100 cm

This 300 cm wide willow roll, 100 cm high, is made from high-quality rods. The individual rods are on average 6-8 mm thick and joined with thin galvanized steel wire spaced approx. 10 cm apart. The screen has a transparency of about 30-40% and gives a natural look to the garden, balcony or terrace. Willow screens are strong, robust and durable, as they are made from a fast-renewable natural resource. This type of natural screening provides shade and privacy and withstands various weather conditions, including strong wind and heavy rain. The willow screen can be used to cover or increase the height of an existing fence or wall, or to hide less attractive areas of the garden. Willow fencing is also very popular as a support for climbing plants.

Adjusting the Size of the Willow Fence Rolls

• You can easily adjust the width of the willow roll fence by cutting the galvanised steel wires to the desired width with wire cutters.
• You can adjust the height of the willow screen by cutting the rods to the desired height with shears.

Installing Willow Fences

We recommend installing the willow rolls at least 5 cm above the ground to avoid direct contact with wet soil and to maximise durability. During installation, rest the fence roll on a wooden plank, for example.

1. You can easily attach the 300 x 100 cm willow roll to an existing wall or fence with staples. Fasten staples every 20 cm horizontally and repeat this along the top, middle and bottom of the fence to achieve the best possible stability.
2. Installing the willow roll fence against a chain-link or mesh fence is done using galvanised wire ties or cable ties. Pull theGalvanised  wire tiesdouble loops around, running the wire through the willow fence roll and attaching it to the metal fence.

General Properties of the Willow Fence

• The willow roll fence is a natural product, so the dimensions and colour of the rods/fence may vary slightly. This also applies to density/transparency.
• The average lifespan of the willow fence (for outdoor use) is 5-8 years.
