Half-round Bamboo Pole Ø 5-6 x 200 cm

This 200 cm long half-round bamboo pole is made from Indonesian Tali bamboo and has an average width of 5-6 cm.

Half-round bamboo is often used for wall cladding and roof coverings, but also for making fruit bowls, roofs or downpipes.

Half-round bamboo poles are also very popular for wooden fence posts.

Wooden posts are used to install Giant bamboo fences and can be “hidden” by covering the wooden post with a half-round bamboo pole.

The result is the illusion of a long, continuous bamboo fence.

• Bamboo canes are never 100% straight, and their diameters may vary slightly.
• Bamboo used outdoors will weather over time.
• We recommend treating half-round bamboo poles annually with Bamboo Protector, a specially developed UV-resistant transparent sealant that preserves the bamboo’s natural colour.
• If you plan to use screws to attach half-round bamboo poles to a surface, remember to pre-drill small holes before fixing them to a wall or ceiling.
• Do not use excessive force when tightening the screws, to prevent the bamboo from cracking.
